1. What we store and why

• Your brand profile: the brand names, keywords, and store URLs you give us, so we can scan for them.
• Your email address: to send alerts, the weekly digest, and billing notices.
• Scan results: flagged listings, screenshots, and evidence packs tied to your brand — the product itself.
• Subscription status: we use Stripe for billing and keep a record that your subscription is active. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that.

2. What we don't do

• We don't sell your information.
• We don't share it with anyone except Stripe, to process your subscription, and Resend, to send your alert emails.
• We don't enroll you in any other product without your explicit opt-in.

3. Public listings

The marketplace listings we scan are public pages — public information anyone can look up. Screenshots we archive are copies of those public pages, kept as your evidence.

4. Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. The site is server-rendered with no third-party analytics scripts.

5. Your control

Your dashboard has Export (download everything as JSON) and Delete everything (type DELETE to confirm) — or email hello@copyshieldmax.com anytime and we'll do it for you. One-click unsubscribe is in every email.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
